Fire crews have been called to attend to a large blaze at The Gramps in Aberdeen.
The flames can be seen for miles away, with smoke billowing across the city skyline.
Two fires broke out at the site, also known as Kincorth Hill, on Friday evening.
Fire-fighters had to use beaters and knapsacks to keep the flames at bay while an all-terrain forestry vehicle was also being drafted in.
The fire service control room was too busy co-ordinating efforts to provide any details of the blaze.
A spokeswoman said: “We can confirm there is a large fire at The Gramps in Aberdeen.
“We have crews at the scene.”
More as it comes.
