Motorists could face major delays this evening after a crash on a busy north-east road involving a lorry.
The emergency services were called to the scene of the incident on the A92 Aberdeen to Stonehaven road – formerly the A90 – at 4pm.
One person had to be cut free following the smash, which involved a lorry and another vehicle in the southbound lane close to Muchalls.
The road is currently passable with care, however police, ambulance and fire teams are still in attendance while the scene is made safe.
