Emergency services are on site as a man was trapped under a lorry in Aberdeen this morning.
The incident happened at around 8.23am on Cotton Street, beside the Beach Boulevard Retail Park.
A fire heavy rescue unit was deployed but were stood down before arrival.
A spokeswoman said: “A man was trapped under a lorry on Cotton Street today.
“The causality was released prior to our arrival.”
Ambulance crews checked the man for injuries before taking him to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary. He was omitted soon afterwards.
A spokesperson said: “We received a call at 8.22am today to attend an incident on Cotton Street in Aberdeen.
“We dispatched one ambulance, our special operations team and our trauma team to the scene. We transported one patient to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.”
The road remains closed to allow the vehicle to me moved.
