Firefighters cut the casualty free of one of the two cars involved in the collision on the A948 Ellon bypass. Emergency services were called to the Knockothie Crescent junction at around 6.10pm. The injured woman was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary after being assessed by paramedics. Police closed the road for around six hours while they investigated at the scene. Already a subscriber?
