A cyclist has been taken to hospital this morning after an incident on an Aberdeen road.
Emergency services were called to the scene on the Lang Stracht near Dobbies Garden Centre just after 7.30am.
A police spokeswoman said the person was taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary and it was a “medical matter”.
An ambulance spokesman added: “We received a call at 0732 hours today to attend an incident on the A944 in Aberdeen. We dispatched two crews to the scene and transported one male patient in his 50s to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.”
