Four fire appliances were sent to a high-rise flat after a bin-chute caught fire in Aberdeen.
The incident happened around 6am this morning at Bruce House in the Hazlehead area of the city.
No one was injured and the flames were extinguished in no time.
A spokeswoman said: “We received a call of a fire in a high-rise building at 6am this morning.
“The bin-chute was alight and firefighters had the blaze under control and extinguished by 6.32am.”
