Ellon Ladies Circle celebrated their 40th anniversary at the weekend.
Members new and old came together, from as far as Troon and Falkirk, to join the celebrations at the town’s Station Hotel.
The group is currently seeking new members to help them work with the community, and alongside Ellon Round Table, to help with local events and fundraising opportunies.
Chairwoman Suzanne Milne said: “The event went really well and everyone really enjoyed themselves.
“We had two founding members attend which was really special and they were both very impressed the circle was still going strong.
“People brought their friends and family and it was a lovely day.
“We had a successful raffle and all profits went to Friends of the Neonatal Unit in Aberdeen.”
Ellon Ladies Circle is tailored towards women aged 18-45 who like to make new friends, try new activities and help the local community.
Mrs Milne, 34, added: “Any new members are more than welcome to message us on Facebook.
“We meet twice a month.
“We get up to various things and help the Roundtable with events such as the fireworks display in Ellon, the Gala, there are always things to do.”
