Police are appealing for witnesses after a shop was robbed in Aberdeen city centre.
Officers were called to the Gallowgate convenience store at around 4.20am and witnesses reported seeing seven units at the scene.
It is unclear at this stage how much was stolen.
Siema Lekra, who works at the neighbouring Donians fish and chip shop, said:
“I saw seven cars arrive here after 4pm.
“Police went into the shop next door and we were told it had been robbed.”
More to follow.
