Fire crews were called out to a city flat block after a set of bins caught fire inside the building late yesterday.
Two fire engines rushed to the scene at Summerhill Road at around 10.30pm. Nobody was hurt in the blaze, but damage was done to the bins and doors into the building. Firefighters left the scene at around 11pm.
A fire service spokesman said: “We attended a fire in the communal area. Two vehicles were in attendance. There were no casualties.”
