Aberdeen City Council have been urged to improve procedures after a report into its handling of asbestos at an Aberdeen school.
The following the discovery on July 12 at Bridge of Don academy other staff were allowed access for a number of days.
The Health and Safety Executive have now found there have been breaches of health and safety law.
The council has been approached for comment.
