A north-east children’s charity has raised more than £60,000 to support young people with complex disabilities.
More than 350 people attended Charlie House’s Big Build Ball at the Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre on Friday.
Guests enjoyed a meal, silent auction and circus-themed entertainment throughout the duration of the evening.
Susan Crighton, director of fundraising for Charlie House, said: “We are exceedingly grateful to our generous guests who attended the ball and were completely immersed in the event from start to finish.
“The team worked tirelessly to pull together such a spectacular event.
“The north-east have been so receptive to our plans and long-term vision for Charlie House Specialist Support Centre and that certainly showed last night.”
All funds raised will go directly to the charity’s fund for its eight-bedroom specialist support centre at Woodend Hospital.
