Firefighters have been at a blaze in a block of flats in Aberdeen this morning.
The incident, at School Walk, happened just after 10am.
Three city crews were sent to the scene and used a hose reel jet and breathing apparatus to tackle the fire.
It was extinguished within 15 minutes of the firefighters arriving.
The crews also led the occupants of the property to safety. There was no information on injuries or damage to the flat.
