A north-east road is blocked this morning after high winds uprooted a tree and threw it onto the road.
The B9119 in Echt is completely blocked at the B977 junction.
Meanwhile the A93 in Kincardine O’Neil is partially blocked and there is heavy traffic in both directions at the B993 junction, because of a fallen tree.
B979 in Stonehaven is partially blocked in both directions at the A90 junction, because of a fallen tree.

The Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) has raised the alerts ahead of Storm Gertrude, which has been predicted by the Met Office to sweep across the country overnight into Friday.
Along with high rainfall, extreme gusts of up to 90MPH have been forecast for parts of Scotland.
In Moray, flooding could take place along exposed coastal areas, and around the River Spey, especially around the time of high water on Friday Afternoon at approximately 4.30pm.
