A north-east ski resort has posted a video showing the masses of fresh snow which landed on the hills overnight.
Grampian was hit by a snow blizzard yesterday afternoon off the back of Storm Jake, with wintry showers hitting the region from Keith all the way to Banff, Braemar, Banchory and Aberdeen.
The Glenshee Ski Centre, near Braemar, has posted a video on social media showing a huge amount of fresh snow being shifted about its slopes by workers this morning.

The resort has enjoyed a busy couple of weeks, opening up some 20 of its runs, and described the past Saturday and Sunday as a “beautiful weekend”.
Temperatures continued to plummet overnight, with the snow continuing at inland regions.
The A93 between Braemar’s School Road and the Spittal of Glenshee was closed due to the weather but reopened this morning, allowing commuters through.
