A car crash has blocked a north-east road this morning.
Police and paramedics were called to the A96 at Inveramsay bridge after an accident involving a black Honda CRV at around 8.55am.
The car carrying two children blocked the south-bound lane after crashing into a wall on the Inverurie side of the bridge.
An ambulance crew was called to the scene to give them a check-over.
Neither of the children were injured nor was the female driver.
Recovery was called just before 10am and police officers were at the scene.
The road is currently blocked southbound.
