A man has been taken to hospital after his car caught fire in Aberdeenshire.
Police, fire and ambulance crews were called to a lay-by on the A952 near Ardallie at around 2.25pm.
The man is thought to have suffered slight burns to his hands, and has been taken to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: “Fire and ambulance are also in attendance, but there’s nothing to suggest what’s caused the fire as yet.
“The male occupant of the car was taken to ARI for a check-up as he has slight burns to his hands.”
