Police have been called to a three-vehicle crash on a north-east road.
Officers were called to a spot on the A947 road between Fyvie and Turriff shortly before 6pm.
The collision involved a van and two cars, though police were unable to confirm the vehicle types or whether anyone had suffered any serious injuries.
It is understood that the southbound lane has been blocked, and there are delays along the route.
Two police units are at the scene, along with paramedics.
