A woman was cut free from her vehicle early this morning after a one-vehicle crash.
The driver’s car overturned on the A947, two miles outside Oldmeldrum, at around 10.30am.
The road was closed while emergency services attended the scene.

Fire services used tools, a saw and hydraulic cutting equipment to free the trapped woman.
The unit, which included 11 firefighters, left the scene of the crash at 11.20am.
A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “The Fire team assisted police services with getting the driver out of the car.
“The woman was transported to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary as a precaution, her injuries were not serious.
“The A947 Oldmeldrum to Whiterashers road was temporarily closed and traffic was diverted along the A920 to Pitmedden.”
The road was opened shortly after 11am.
