Two vehicles were involved in this afternoon’s crash.
Emergency services were called to the A96, near Huntly, at 3.30pm.
The crash took place close to the Portsoy turn-off, with officers directing drivers away from the scene.
One driver has been taken to Dr Gray’s Hospital in Elgin with a minor leg injury.
A police spokesman said: “We were called to the A96 at 3.27pm.
