Emergency services have been called to a north-east beauty spot after a walker fell and became injured.
Paramedics and Coastguard personnel were sent to Crannoch Hill, between Cullen and Sandend, at 10.53am.
A Coastguard spokesman said: “We have teams from Buckie and Portsoy, and a rescue helicopter from Inverness, to assist the ambulance service with a casualty who has been injured on Crannoch Hill.
“We are unsure exactly what happened at this time.”
