Aberdeenshire firefighters battled a blaze at a remote croft this morning.
The fire broke out at the property about a mile east of Fyvie, south of the B9005 Methlick to Fyvie road, around 10am.
Three fire and rescue appliances from Oldmeldrum, Turriff and Maud were called to the scene after reports that someone was in the building.
A fire and rescue spokesman said the fire was not “suspicious” and no one had been injured during the incident.
The crews left the scene around 11.30am.
