A woman who crashed her car into a JCB digger while more than six times the drink-drive limit has been warned she faces jail.
Rebecca Gill while she had 133 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit is 22mcg.
The 47-year-old appeared at Aberdeen Sheriff Court for sentence yesterday having previously admitted driving with excess alcohol and driving carelessly.
But the court heard she had not co-operated fully with the social work department during the preparation of background reports.
Sheriff Alison Stirling said she was disappointed to hear Gill had not been taking the report seriously and warned her that there was a real prospect of her being jailed, given the significantly high reading.
The court previously heard Gill, of Slatywaird, Newton of Barras, Stonehaven, was caught after she crashed into the digger at around 10.35am on March 6 on the unclassified road between Mill of Uras and Stonehaven.
She will return to court next month for sentence.
