A woman has been cut from her car following a two-car smash on a busy north-east road.
The crash took place on the A947 Aberdeen to Banff Road near King Edward, at around 6.15pm.
A woman had to be freed from her car following the incident, and sustained neck and back injuries.
The road is currently blocked in both directions.
