Fire crews are currently tackling a blaze at an Aberdeenshire home.
Three appliances were deployed to the semi-detached property in Maud at 7.05am and the all clear was given at 7.53am.
The Strichen to Mintlaw road was closed at the A950 junction while crews dealt with the incident and reopened at around 8.40am.
A spokeswoman for fire and rescue said no one had been injured.
