Police are investigating a hit-and-run after a cyclist was knocked off his bike by van.
The 56-year-old man suffered leg and arm injuries in the incident, which happened on the A950 Mintlaw to New Pitsligo road, at the junction with the B9106 to Maud at about 3pm yesterday.
His injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
The white van failed to stop at the scene of the accident.
