A female driver was taken to Raigmore Hospital today after crashing her car into a bridge in the Highlands.
The one-vehicle incident, involving a red Renault Clio, happened on the Broomhill Bridge outside Nethy Bridge at around 3pm today.
Emergency services attended with ambulance crews taking the driver to hospital with injuries thought to be non life-threatening.

The bridge is currently closed in both directions and a diversion in place until the damage can be assessed my engineers.
A police spokesman said: “The Broomhill Bridge near Nethy Bridge is closed following the collision.
“The female driver was taken to Raigmore Hospital as a precaution – her injuries are thought to be non life-threatening.”
It is unclear when the road will reopen but until then motorists are asked to use alternative routes.
