A Shetland school will be shut to all pupils and staff for the rest of the week to allow a broken window to be fixed.
Repairs will be carried out at Anderson High School in Lerwick over the coming days, meaning the building will be closed.
A Shetland Island Council spokesman said: “This closure is to enable repair work to a high level window which has sustained damage in the central part of the building.”
Guidance has been issued to the pupils affected.
Those in S1, S2 and S3 have been told to complete any homework tasks, while those in S4, S5 and S6 should refer to their course material for revision.
Any S3 and S4 pupils who can make their own way to the Y Lead events have been advised to do so on both days.
Pupils who attend college classes on Friday should not be affected.
The council spokesman added: “Shetland Islands Council apologises for the inconvenience this will cause.”
