A Skye teaching assistant is to face fraud charges in front of an industry watchdog.
Evelyn Dey will face the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) next month.
She has previously admitted fraudulently using a colleague’s bank card to buy goods online worth more than £1,000 at Portree Sheriff Court.
She worked as a pupil support assistant at Dunvegan Primary School and the offence happened between November 8 and December 4, 2015.
The court heard in June last year that Dey made 63 separate purchases with the card.
She subsequently paid back the money and was sentenced to 180 hours of unpaid work.
Dey will face the SSSC in relation to the fraud charge and also a second charge of not declaring to the watchdog that she had been cautioned and charged with theft by police between January 8 and June 1, 2016.
She will face the SSSC in Dundee on Friday, February 3.
