Oban Lifeboat was called out to the aid of a yacht which ran aground in Dunstaffnage bay with three people on board on Sunday.
Stornoway Coastguard had received the call at 10.20am.
The people from the yacht came ashore with the lifeboat, which later returned to help them refloat it when the tide came back in.
A spokeswoman for the coastguard said the yacht was then safely berthed in the marina.
While en route to this call out, one of the Oban Coastguard Volunteer Team members discovered a motor vessel which had come off its mooring and run aground in Loch Etive.
The vessel was re-secured.
