Castlehill House, a category C listed building located in the heart of Thurso is being sold by Wilsons Auctions with a guide price of £270,000.
The five-bedroom detached villa will feature in the auction company’s Land and Property Auction which will take place at its Dalry branch on Thursday from 6pm.
The house is set across two floors with an attic and single storey front porch as well as a two-storey rear projection leading to a single storey lean and features three reception rooms, a detached garage and workshop. It has more recently expanded with a single storey side extension.
