
Flooding between Aviemore and Inverness has forced a number of train serves to be cancelled with ScotRail now advising customers to travel tomorrow.
Reports of heavy rain and flooding on the line has meant passengers are seeking alternative methods of transport.
ScotRail are encouraging commuters to travel tomorrow, a statement said: “Due to the severity of disruption, customers are advised, where possible, to attempt to travel tomorrow where tickets for travel today will be accepted at no extra cost.”
A bus replacement has been sourced from the station in the Cairngorms taking people towards Inverness and Perth.
A picture, posted on Twitter by ScotRail shows an amount of water currently covering the lines.

Bus replacement
A bus replacement service at Aviemore is taking customers towards Inverness and also Perth.
- One bus at Aberfeldy will leave at 6.10pm
- Two buses will leave Deveron at 6.30pm
