A man has been rescued by emergency service after falling from a cliff on Skye.
Police were called to the scene, south of Portree, shortly before 5pm following concerns for a person.
Rescue teams from Portree, Dunvegan and Kyle were tasked to the scene alongside paramedics and the Portree Lifeboat.
The male casualty was located and rescued from the foot of the cliffs by the lifeboat crew before being taken to dry land.
His injuries are not believed to be serious.
