Tests for a potentially dangerous gas in north public buildings have shown it is below safe limits.
Highland Council have been taking action to reduce radon gas in nine properties, including five schools.
Testing earlier in the year showed all properties had radon above the statutory action level of 400.
Following remedial work, all of the sites have been found to be within safe limits.
Tests have been undertaken at Glen Urquhart High School, Helmsdale Primary, Halkirk Primary and Glenurquhart Primary.
They were also carried out at Helmsdale Library, Brora Heritage Centre, Telford Centre and Fort Augustus Memorial Hall.
Further testing will take place over the next three months due to natural fluctuations in the quantity of radon in the air.
Radon cannot be seen, smelled or tasted but each year it is believed to lead to more than 1,000 lung cancer deaths in the UK.
