New appeal for missing woman thought to be in the Highlands

Police are appealing for sightings of Christine Henley
Police are appealing for sightings of Christine Henley

Police have renewed their appeal for help tracing a former north woman reported missing in Stirling last month.

Christine Henley was last seen in the St Ninians district of the city on Wednesday, November 26.

The 49-year-old has not made contact with family or friends, and concerns over her welfare are growing.

Ms Henley previously lived in Alness before moving to the St Ninians area, and it is though she may have travelled back to Easter Ross.

She is described as 5ft 6in with shoulder-length blonde hair. She was last seen wearing a navy blue jacket, black leggings and long black boots.

Chief Inspector Paul Rollo said: “We are keen to hear from anyone who can help us find Christine or who knows of her movements since November 26.

“Anyone who knows where Christine is, or who has information that can help us with our investigation, is urged to contact Police Scotland on 101.

“In addition, I would ask that Christine gets in touch with police, or with loved ones, to let us know she is safe.”
