Police are appealing for information about the theft of two traffic light batteries on Skye.
The heavy duty 12-volt batteries, worth £60 to £100 each, were stolen from temporary traffic lights at a cattlegrid on the A850 road near to Dunvegan.
The lights were installed in December 2014, and the theft was reported on Monday, February 2.
Anyone with information should contact police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
