Nevis Landscape Partnership and the John Muir Trust have joined forces to challenge Lochaber schoolchildren to get inspired by nature.
Primary school pupils were encouraged to enter a creative competition and more than 100 drawings and paintings were submitted, along with nearly 300 poems in English and Gaelic, from schools all over Lochaber.
The winning and highly commended entries will be displayed at this year’s Fort William Mountain Festival, which starts on Wednesday and runs until Sunday.
