Man charged after alleged robbery in Inverness

A man has been charged in connection with an alleged robbery in a house in Inverness.

The 28-year-old was arrested and charged on Saturday and is due to make an appearance at Inverness Sheriff Court.

The alleged incident happened on Oldtown Road in Inverness on Saturday, March 18.

Police are continuing to investigate the incident and have urged anyone with information to make contact.

A spokeswoman for the force said: “Officers would like to thank members of the public who have assisted with the investigation.

“Inquiries remain ongoing and anyone with information is encouraged to contact police on 101.”
