
A 20-year-old who repeatedly kicked a police officer has been ordered to carry out unpaid work.
Benjamin Clark, of Esk Road, Inverness, lashed out as he was being driven to a police station.
Yesterday, he admitted behaving in a threatening manner in the city’s Huntly Place and assaulting the office on the way to Burnett Road Police Station on December 10 last year.
He was ordered to carry out 160 hours of unpaid community work.
