Two teenagers have been charged in connection with an alleged serious assault in Inverness.
It happened around 6pm on May 24 on a path between Thornbush Road and Rosehaugh Road.
A 28-year-old man suffered facial injuries which required treatment at Raigmore Hospital.
The two men are expected to appear at Inverness Sheriff Court today.
Detective Constable Nicola MacAngus said: “We have carried out extensive inquiries over the weekend and we are grateful to the local community for their assistance.”
