An Inverness chartered surveyors and property consultancy is on the move – for just a few months!

Graham + Sibbald, which has 14 offices across Scotland, has begun a complete makeover of its Ardross Street office. In order to ensure clients continue to receive the same high level of service, the Inverness team have moved to a temporary space in the city.

Partner Charlie Lawrence explained: “We are investing in our Inverness office and its future by giving the premises a total refurbishment.

“It’s a beautiful building which we’ve been in since 1974. It will benefit from being fully modernised with a more open plan layout.

“But for our clients, there will be no changes other than our postal address. The phone numbers and email addresses are staying the same – service won’t be interrupted.”

For Charlie, fellow partner John MacBean and the 20-strong team based in Graham + Sibbald’s Inverness office, it will create a modern working environment with good parking in a city centre location.

And clients will also feel the benefits of the changes.

“We will have better facilities for client meetings and smaller scale events.”

So, for the next four months, the business will be based at New Century House on Stadium road.

“We will be doing an official unveiling once the work is complete – we are excited to see the transformation and look forward to our clients seeing the change!”

Graham + Sibbald have been working with Colin Armstrong Architects on the redesign and the work is being carried out by McGregor Construction, both Inverness-based businesses.

“We are delighted to be working with Graham + Sibbald on the refurbishment of their Inverness Office,” says Andrew Robertson, Contracts Manager for McGregor Construction. “The four-month project comprises a complete refit using a number of different disciplines, including minor demolition works, new M&E services throughout and will provide Graham + Sibbald with a modern and professional work space that also retains the historic features of the building.”

Graham + Sibbald offers a personal service, coupled with specialist skills and local knowledge that is second to none.

They can help with all aspects of commercial property (including disposals, acquisitions, investments and valuation), residential property (including home reports and mortgage valuations) and construction (including building surveying and architectural services).
