Police have seized more around of £77,000 worth of controlled drugs in Inverness.
The drugs were seized after police raided a property in the Drummond area of the city on Wednesday, January 28.
As a result of the operation a 24-year-old man has been arrested and is due to appear at Inverness Sheriff Court.
Divisional intelligence manager, Detective Inspector Brian Mackay said: “Police Scotland Highland and Islands Division remains committed to disrupting the supply of illegal drugs across the division.
“Drug use can blight the lives of many individuals not to mention entire communities, often exploiting the most vulnerable members of society.
“I would urge anyone with concerns related to drug activity in the local area to contact police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 in the first instance.
“We will always act on information received from the local community. Continuous support by the public in the way of reporting suspicious activity will assist towards ensuring our communities are kept as safe as possible.”
