A power cut has left hundreds without electricity between Inverness and Nairn.
The outage happened at around 12.30pm and has affected 631 properties in the Ardersier area.
SSE said that nearby Inverness Airport was not affected by the power cut.
SSE engineers are currently working to restore power and they expect supply to resume by 3pm.
The cause of the power cut is currently unknown.
A spokesman said: “We would like to thank our customers for their patience while we reconnect their supply and apologise for any inconvenience caused.”
