The incident happened around 6.40am on the A96 near Alves and the Glenburgie Distillery in Forres. Ambulance staff stopped to assist the occupants after their vehicle slid down an embankment. A police spokesman said: “A car left the road and flipped onto its roof before sliding down an embankment on the A96. “Police and ambulance crews were present to assist the occupants of the vehicle – there are no serious injuries.” The road is open but motorists are asked to approach with care.
