The Pinegrove Hotel was once a popular watering hole in Elgin until it closed down about 20 years ago. The former bar has most recently been used as a place of worship by the Elgin Community Church, who moved to new premises earlier in the year. It is understood that housing firm Springfield Properties is preparing plans for the site. Already a subscriber?
