Frontline bus drivers in Moray have spelled out NHS in a moving tribute to health workers fighting the coronavirus pandemic.
A fleet of 16 vehicles was used to create the display at the Stagecoach depot in Elgin, which was filmed from the air by a drone.
Drivers took nearly two hours to carry out the precision manoeuvres in the confined area to spell out the massive letters.
Bus driver Phil Webster, who filmed the display for his firm Scottish Drone Services, said the event was organised to show local appreciation of the health service.
He said: “When it comes to this part of the world it’s usually Aberdeen that gets the focus but we wanted to put Elgin on the map to show how people feel here.
“We have small communities here so everyone knows someone who works with the NHS and it’s great for the local area to show that appreciation.
“The reaction has just been phenomenal. Within 10 minutes of putting the video it had been viewed 1,000 times. We’re all gobsmacked.”
