Police are appealing for information after a white Seat Leon Cupra was stolen from Peterhead.
The vehicle, with number plate SV08 HPU, was taken from Balmoor Terrace between 6pm and 7.30pm last night.
Constable Graeme McWilliams said “We are carrying out inquiries to trace this vehicle and would ask that anyone who has any knowledge contacts 101, quoting reference 0006 of 28/01.
“The vehicle is known to have travelled towards Fraserburgh from Peterhead and had limited fuel when it was stolen. It is therefore likely it may have stopped for some time at a filling station or have been stationary at some point having run out of fuel.
“The vehicle itself is distinguishable with a black roof and we are asking for anyone who has seen a vehicle matching this description to contact us as soon as possible.”
