Aberdeen beat the transfer deadline to sign Rotherham United defender Dominic Ball on a season-long loan deal.
The club confirmed the move for the 22-year-old Englishman, who made 21 appearances while on loan at Rangers during the 2015-16 campaign, at midnight.
Ball, who started as career at Tottenham Hotspur, went on loan to Peterborough United in January last season but the deal was cut short after two months following a disagreement with the club’s staff.
Ball becomes Aberdeen’s eighth summer signing following the arrival of Greg Tansey, Greg Stewart, Nicky Maynard, Kari Arnason, Ryan Christie, Gary Mackay-Steven and Stevie May.
