Billy Mckay has returned to Caley Thistle on a loan deal until the end of the season.
The 28-year-old Northern Ireland international was on loan at Oldham from Wigan but his deal was cut short, enabling Inverness boss Richie Foran to get the striker back at the club.
Richie Foran also swooped to sign young Celtic defender Jamie McCart on a loan deal until the end of the season.
Mckay, who scored 64 goals in 141 games for Caley in his first spell in the Highlands, has played 33 times for Oldham in all competitions this season, scoring four goals.
