Caley Thistle have confirmed a player who has been in self-isolation after showing symptoms of coronavirus has tested negative for the illness.
Inverness revealed on Friday an unidentified first-team player had been instructed to remain at home after highlighting symptoms similar to COVID-19.
Having now been tested the player has received confirmation he does not have the virus, with Caley Jags issuing a statement to confirm he will return to training with the rest of the squad this week.
The Highlanders have also confirmed no players, staff or coaches are in isolation at present, with two confirmed cases in the Highlands and Islands so far.
