Caley Thistle midfielder Ross Draper will not be punished for his part in a controversial penalty award during Caley Thistle’s 3-1 win against Aberdeen on Monday.
Aberdeen manager Derek McInnes accused the Englishman of conning referee Willie Collum to win a penalty after falling to the ground following a challenge from Dons defender Ash Taylor.
Greg Tansey converted the spot-kick to put Inverness 2-1 ahead before Carl Tremarco headed home a third to inflict a first league defeat since October on the Dons.

Scottish FA compliance officer Tony McGlennan had until 3pm yesterday to issue a notice of complaint against the Inverness player.
But a spokesman for the SFA confirmed Draper would not cited for the incident.
Post-match interviews are not subject to the same fast-tracked process as game-related incidents so McGlennan may yet take action against Dons manager McInnes for his comments in the aftermath of the defeat.
Meanwhile, more than 2,000 people have signed an online petition to ban Collum from Scottish football.
